Nei mesi scorsi (nov. 2024/feb. 2025) EIOPA ha tenuto una serie di brevi eventi, ognuno dei quali si è focalizzato su aspetti specifici relativi alla Direttiva europea sul risanamento e la risoluzione delle imprese assicuratrici (IRRD – Insurance Recovery and Resolution Directive)(1).
L’iniziativa di EIOPA ha avuto come scopo principale quello di informare in merito a quanto di nuovo è legato ai contenuti della normativa IRRD e di avviare un dialogo, con le parti interessate, quanto a sfide e opportunità ad essa correlate.
