A metà ottobre, ESMA ha pubblicato una versione aggiornata della Sustainable Finance Implementation Timeline, ossia il calendario di applicazione dei vari provvedimenti normativi emanati a livello europeo nell’ambito della finanza sostenibile.
Il nuovo documento copre il periodo da novembre 2024 al 2029 e, tramite un sistema di codifica a colori, fa riferimento ai seguenti testi normativi:
- Taxonomy Regulation (TR);
- TR Disclosures Delegated Act (DA);
- TR Environmental DA;
- Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) level1;
- SFDR Delegated Regulation;
- Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD);
- Benchmark Regulation;
- European Green Bonds Regulation;
- Guidelines on funds names using ESG or sustainability related terms.
