Il 18 luglio scorso, la Commissione per gli affari economici e monetari (ECON) del Parlamento europeo aveva votato l’approvazione dei Draft Report (Relatore: Markus Ferber) in materia di:
- revisione della Direttiva Solvency II (2009/138/CE);
- Direttiva sul risanamento e la risoluzione delle imprese assicuratrici (IRRD - Insurance Recovery and Resolution Directive)(1).
Alla fine di luglio, entrambi i Report sono stati pubblicati sul sito del Parlamento, in vista dei colloqui con la Commissione e il Consiglio (cd. “Trilogo”).
