Il 31 ottobre scorso, la Commissione europea ha pubblicato un Regolamento Delegato (con allegati) contenente alcuni emendamenti ai Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) riferiti alle norme della Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR); tali modifiche sono necessarie per includere le attività del settore gas e nucleare citate nel Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act (CDA) (1).
Secondo la Commissione, gli emendamenti garantiranno la piena trasparenza degli investimenti, consentendo agli investitori di prendere decisioni opportunamente “informate” e in linea con le loro preferenze di sostenibilità. In particolare, ai partecipanti ai mercati finanziari verrà richiesto di indicare la misura in cui i portafogli siano esposti alle attività relative al gas e al nucleare conformi alla Tassonomia, come stabilito nel Taxonomy Complementary Climate Delegated Act (CDA).
Le norme passano ora al vaglio del Consiglio e del Parlamento europeo.
