In una Lettera alle imprese pubblicata all’inizio di agosto(1), l’Autorità di vigilanza sul settore assicurativo britannico (PRA) aveva annunciato l’intenzione di svolgere un nuovo Insurance Stress Test (IST) nel 2022.
Pertanto, secondo il calendario “IST 2022 - Timeline”, a suo tempo preparato, il 20 gennaio scorso PRA ha formulato una richiesta di input tecnico, che include: scenari aggiornati, calibrazione, specifiche e guidance, templates di dati quantitativi e un “Results and Basis of Preparation report" (RBP – Rapporto di natura qualitativa che dovrà accompagnare i risultati del Test).
Al testo della Lettera sono allegati i seguenti documenti:

- Life Insurance Stress Test 2022 – Template;
- Life Insurance Stress Test 2022 – Scenario specification, guidelines, and instructions;
- General Insurance Stress Test 2022 – Template;
- General Insurance Stress Test 2022 – Scenario specification, guidelines, and instructions.
PRA chiede a tutti i potenziali interessati (imprese e altri operatori del settore) l’invio di feedback su qualsiasi aspetto dello Stress Test entro il 17 marzo 2022.
