PRIIPs: LA COMMISSIONE PUBBLICA LA VERSIONE RIVEDUTA DEGLI STANDARD TECNICI (RTS) SUL KID

I primi di settembre, la Commissione europea ha adottato la versione riveduta degli Standard Tecnici Regolamentari (RTS) relativi al documento contenente le informazioni-chiave (Key Information Document - KID) dei prodotti di investimento/assicurativi “preassemblati” (PRIIPs).
Con tale atto, la Commissione intende rendere il KID dei PRIIPs l'unico documento da consegnare agli investitori per tutti i principali prodotti di investimento al dettaglio, inclusi fondi di investimento, prodotti di investimento assicurativi e prodotti strutturati.
È previsto che il Regolamento Delegato entri in vigore a partire dal 1° luglio 2022 e – negli intenti della Commissione – dovrà coincidere con modifiche mirate (“Quick-Fix”) al Regolamento sui PRIIPs e alla Direttiva in materia di Organismi d'Investimento Collettivo in Valori Mobiliari (OICVM)(1).
Attualmente, il testo dello Standard è al vaglio del Parlamento e del Consiglio europei.
