SOLVENCY II REVIEW 2018: GLI ATTI DELEGATI PUBBLICATI IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE EUROPEA

«Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/981 of 8 March 2019 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 supplementing Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance» (Solvency II) Official Journal of the European Union - O.J.E.U. Il 18 giugno è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale europea (G.U.U.E. L 161) il Regolamento Delegato (UE) 2019/981 che modifica il precedente Regolamento (UE) 2015/35, a integrazione della Direttiva 2009/138/CE (“Solvency II”) sull'avvio e l'esercizio delle attività di assicurazione e di riassicurazione⁽¹⁾.

Il Regolamento Delegato 2019/981 – che riflette gli esiti della Solvency II Review 2018⁽²⁾ – entrerà in vigore il ventesimo giorno successivo a quello della sua pubblicazione nella GUUE.

I seguenti punti dell’art. 1 (“Modifiche al Regolamento Delegato (EU) 2015/35”):

(50) e da (59) a (61) – relativi alle imposte differite,
(66) e (74) – relativi, rispettivamente, ai parametri del sottomodulo del rischio di tariffazione e di riservazione dell'assicurazione non vita e malattia,

si applicheranno invece a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2020.

(1) Il successivo 25 giugno è stato pubblicato un "Corrigendum" (G.U.U.E. L168), per rettificare un errore relativo al parametro della probabilità di default nel paragrafo 13 dell'articolo 199:
