Il 26 ottobre scorso, il Joint Committee istituito dalle tre Autorità di vigilanza europea (EBA, EIOPA ed ESMA) ha avviato una pubblica consultazione su alcuni emendamenti ai Regolamenti di esecuzione relativi alla mappatura delle valutazioni creditizie delle agenzie di rating (ECAIs).
Gli emendamenti si rendono necessari per tener conto dei risultati del monitoraggio sull’adeguatezza delle mappature esistenti. Si tratta, in particolare, di cambiamenti dei Credit Quality Step (CQS) per due Agenzie e dell’introduzione di nuove scale di credit rating per dieci Agenzie.
Il termine per l’invio di commenti è fissato al 31 dicembre 2018.
