Dopo la consultazione svoltasi nei mesi scorsi(1), la Commissione europea ha pubblicato, il 21 settembre, la versione finale degli Atti Delegati, previsti dalla direttiva sulla distribuzione assicurativa (IDD), in materia di:
- requisiti di governance e controllo del prodotto (POG);
- prodotti di investimento assicurativi (IBIP).
Gli Atti Delegati - pubblicati in forma di Regolamento - vanno ora all’esame del Parlamento e del Consiglio europeo, che hanno tre mesi di tempo per esprimere eventuali obiezioni.
