La Commissione europea ha pubblicato, il 20 luglio scorso, le bozze di Atti Delegati previsti dalla Direttiva sulla Distribuzione assicurativa (IDD) in materia di:
- requisiti di governance e controllo del prodotto (POG);
- prodotti di investimento assicurativi (IBIP).
Le due bozze sono state pubblicate sul Better Regulation Portal della Commissione; la consultazione è aperta fino al 17 agosto prossimo.
