E’ stato recentemente pubblicato un nuovo volume dedicato a Solvency II. L’opera, curata da Mads ANDENAS, Renzo G. AVESANI, Paola MANES, Francesco VELLA, Philip R. WOOD, è suddivisa in due parti.
La prima ripercorre la storia del progetto, descrive il quadro normativo, affronta alcuni temi specifici (ad esempio, il trattamento dei titoli di Stato e la vigilanza sui conglomerati finanziari). La seconda parte ha un taglio più operativo, illustrando alcune pratiche di attuazione del nuovo regime e alcuni case studies.
