Dopo aver chiesto il parere delle tre Autorità europee di vigilanza (EBA, EIOPA ed ESMA(1), la Commissione UE ha adottato, l’8 marzo, una versione emendata degli Standard Tecnici Regolamentari (RTS) in materia di PRIIPs.
Il Parlamento e il Consiglio europeo hanno ora a disposizione un periodo di scrutinio di tre mesi, estendibile di altri tre, per accettare o rigettare gli Standard.
Durante il periodo di scrutinio si prevede che Commissione e Autorità di vigilanza comincino a lavorare sui testi di Domande e Risposte di livello 3 ed, eventualmente, su specifiche Linee Guida.
Ci si attende che i testi degli Standard e delle eventuali misure di livello 3 siano pubblicati nel prossimo mese di maggio.
