AL VIA NUOVI REQUISITI PRUDENZIALI PER IL SETTORE BANCARIO EUROPEO: PUBBLICATE LE NORME DI BASILEA III

Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC.

Sono stati pubblicati sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell’Unione Europea (GUCE n. L 176 del 27.6.2013) il Regolamento e la Direttiva in materia di requisiti prudenziali delle istituzioni creditizie e delle società di investimento; le disposizioni ivi contenute recepiscono quanto previsto da Basilea III.
Il Regolamento entra in vigore il giorno successivo alla pubblicazione e dovrà essere applicato nell’Unione europea a decorrere dal 1° gennaio 2014.
La Direttiva entra in vigore il 17 luglio 2013 e dovrà essere trasposta negli ordinamenti nazionali entro il 31 dicembre 2013.
